66' Viking
A 66' Viking experienced an unknown explosion in the engine room, causing significant damage to the starboard side of the vessel down to the waterline. TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale immediately deployed containment boom to mitigate environmental risks and utilized high-volume dewatering pumps to manage incoming water and prepare for potential additional inflow during the tow. The vessel was then towed for an emergency haul-out and preserved for inspection.
