40' Sportfish
A 40' sportfish took a direct hit from Hurricane Milton and was left sitting on the bottom with its flybridge torn off. TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale responded by securing the damaged flybridge to the hull using come-alongs and heavy-duty straps. Divers then rigged lift bags to raise the vessel, and dewatering pumps were deployed to fully refloat the sportfish. Once refloated, the vessel was towed to a nearby boatyard for haul-out and damage assessment.
